The Quest for Topics

So, whoever thought writing a blog would be so difficult?

This is going to be a short and sweet attempt at seeking ideas for topics.

I am asking for you, my loyal readers (all 2 or 3 of you) to suggest new ideas for me to write about.

So please, give me something to write about...or I may have to make them up on my own.

what is your weight lifting routine and now that's the off season for running, do you keep up a certain number of miles or follow any type of running schedule now?

How do you avoid boredom with indoor workouts besides music?

What magazines do you read to help inspire/educate you for training?

Do you think a coach is a good idea (do you have one)?

Thanks.....those topics are coming next. I just met with my coach. Nutrition always gets me thinking. And I just started going heavy again in the weight room.
